Sketchy Bitches of the world unite! To celebrate International Women's Day 2020...

This was a night of interactive portrait-sketching, girl-powered tunes and an inspiring creative interview of East End Fashion Icon & Artist, Sue Kreitzman!

Dulcimer Draws, the founder of Sketchy Bitches asked Sue about her life, loves and outlook to life. Then we sketched Sue and also drew our fellow Bitches... We all sat and posed whilst the rest of our table draw our mini portraits, which we got to keep at the end.

Check out when the next Sketchy Bitches event will be held on their website: www.sketchappeal.co.uk

Neon Naked Life Drawing Class with special Guest Sue Kreitzman

Neon Naked is an exploratory Life Drawing Class run by Jylle Navarro, happening every week in London. Come draw in psychedelic neons to a new experience like no other.

Sue Kreitzman was the special Guest for this Class, bringing along hand painted neon kimonos designed by herself and friends including Artist Jaime Freestone and Florent Bidois.

The artists met at Sue's home and together they created the kimonos that would be worn in the next Neon Naked event that took place at The Old Queens Head Pub on Essex Road, London.

You can find out when the next Classes are on Jylle's web page: www.neonnaked.com

Neon Naked classes explore creative drawing, moving away from the perfectionist traditional teachings of life drawing. By trying out a number of different image making techniques from continuous line to pointillism the artists are encouraged to think outside the box and create more unusual imagery.

It is a unique life drawing experience that specialises in creating unusual and creative designs by using vibrant and bold living sculptures. By combining UV light and reactive body paints with hand crafted flamboyant accessories it's easy to get the creative juices flowing. The class starts off with some quick and fun drawing exercises to get you warmed up. Then goes into longer drawing times with more exciting life images, experimenting with colour, light and texture

Beginners are very welcome. Most classes are a mix of artists, a crafty couple, people trying something different after work and the odd student. Help is always available if you get a challenging pose. Its fun and friendly with a chilled out atmosphere. A great affordable evening out if you want to try something new.

Come along to the next Neon Naked Class and experience a new way of looking at Life Drawing!
